Accessing Testimony online: take our survey!
For a number of
years, Testimony has been available online through
this website. This has been provided free of charge, but
published a year after the original publication date. This
means that the full contents of the 2009 Special Issue,
originally published in June/July 2009, has recently been
added to the website.
Online access to
journals is becoming increasingly common and we are aware
that some of our readers may find this a useful service.
Testimony Promoting Committee has recently discussed the
possibility of enabling access to content online at the time
the paper copy is published. This would be provided via a
separate subscription.

book now available!
The Pen of a
Ready Writer
Tony Benson contributed articles to
The Testimony for forty-three years, and served as the
magazine’s Publishing Editor from 1980 until his death in
2009. His contributions were always carefully researched,
well informed and easy to read; and, with well over a
thousand articles appearing under his name, Tony was one of
The Testimony’s most prolific writers ever, as well
as being the magazine’s longest-serving Publishing Editor.
Tony’s amazing output covered a very
wide range of topics; and The Pen of a Ready Writer
brings together a selection of his best writing under a
series of headings which represent the major areas of his
personal interests and study: History, Archaeology,
Prophecy, Doctrine, Exposition, The Jews and their Land
and Signs of the Times. It is a testament to Tony’s
skill, his sustained capacity for hard work, and his
willingness to serve, that he was able to maintain both the
range and the quality of his contributions to The
Testimony over such a long period of time.
Completed by an exhaustive Index and a comprehensive
Bibliography of Tony’s contributions to The Testimony,
The Pen of a Ready Writer is published by Tony’s
Testimony colleagues as a mark of their respect for a truly
outstanding writer and Editor.
